Vision Statement
Through a knowledgeable and trained core of youth service professionals, youth will be afforded the rights and privileges provided in the United States Constitution, the Indiana Constitution and the laws of the United States and the state of Indiana.  Additionally, youth will know and understand these laws and will know their rights and responsibilities as citizens of the United States and Indiana.

Mission Statement

Objectives
